At Pearls Bridals, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every gown and bridal accessory we create. Because our pieces are custom-made and tailored specifically for each bride, we have a strict but fair refund policy to ensure clarity and trust.

1. Custom Orders

All custom bridal dresses, including Aso Oke ensembles and bespoke gowns, are made to order and non-refundable once production has begun.

We encourage clients to carefully review their measurements, design choices, and all order details before confirmation.

2. Ready-to-Wear Items

Refunds or exchanges may be considered for ready-to-wear items (if available), provided:

  • The item is returned in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
  • The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the client is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Alterations & Adjustments

We offer alteration services to ensure the perfect fit. If there are concerns with fit or finishing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your dress, and we’ll do our best to assist.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not as ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
